What does "unlimited updates" actually mean?
You can submit as many requests as you want. We work through them one at a time, in order. Most updates are delivered within 48–72 hours. Larger requests, like new page builds, take longer, and we'll give you a timeline upfront. We cap updates at 20 engineer-hours a month, but we've never had to enforce it.
How fast do you deliver?
Most updates ship within 48–72 hours. Full website builds typically take 2–4 weeks depending on scope. We'll never leave you guessing. You'll always know where things stand.
Who does the work?
A dedicated team of designers and developers. You'll have a project manager who knows your business and is your single point of contact.
What if I don't like the design?
We revise until you're happy. That's the point of unlimited updates. We'd rather get it right than move on.
What's the commitment?
A 12-month term. If we don't deliver in the first 3 months, we refund everything and give you $1,000 to hire someone else.
What's included in a website build?
Strategy, design, copywriting support, development, QA, and launch. We handle everything from sitemap to live site. Post-launch, we keep it updated forever, as long as you're subscribed.
What's NOT included?
Custom web applications, e-commerce with complex integrations, and anything requiring custom backend development. We build marketing websites, not software products. If you need something outside our scope, we'll tell you upfront.
What platform do you build on?
Webflow. It's fast, flexible, and doesn't require ongoing developer support for updates.
How is this different from hiring a freelancer?
